Emily has been in the hair industry for over a decade, starting her apprenticeship right here in Port Lincoln and eventually launching her own salon, InStyle Hair, in 2018. Described as driven, passionate, and warm, Emily brings a strong sense of purpose and creativity to everything she does. What started as a small space on Lewis Street has now grown into a thriving salon on Lincoln Highway, where she leads a team of talented stylists.

Emily is passionate about self-care and creating a space where clients feel pampered and empowered. She’s proud to have introduced Kevin Murphy to the region, drawn to the brand’s sustainability values and performance.

Her go-to products without question her two favourite products are K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask and Kevin Murphy’s Young Again Oil.

When she's not behind the chair, you’ll find Emily enjoying the Eyre Peninsula coastline or spending quality time with family and friends. As for her biggest hairdressing no-no? She’ll never compromise the health of her clients’ hair for a trend.

Taylah been in the hair industry since 2019, starting her journey during Year 12 and qualifying in 2022. Joining the InStyle Hair team at the beginning of 2023, she brings a loyal, outgoing, and diligent energy to the salon every day. Taylah loves the way InStyle challenges her to keep learning and growing, surrounded by a creative and inspiring space that fuels her career goals. Outside the salon, you'll find her soaking up the sun at the beach or enjoying delicious meals at her favourite restaurants. Her go-to coffee order is an Iced Caramel Oat Latte. Taylah’s must-have products are the K18 Leave-In Molecular Mask and Kevin Murphy’s Young Again Oil. As for her biggest hairdressing crime? Using products that aren’t salon-grade a definite no-go in her books!

Kiara is a kind, loyal, and particular Apprentice who’s been in the industry for three years and is quickly making her mark at InStyle Hair. The support and encouragement from the team around her is something she holds in high regards at the Salon. Her holy grail product is hair oil, especially Kevin Murphy’s Young Again. One thing she’d never do as a hairdresser? Just Like Taylah and Bonnie she says Do not use supermarket shampoo and conditioner. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Kiara planning her next getaway, we hear Euro Summer is on the cards for 2025. 

Anita has been in the hair industry for an impressive 38 years and brings a kind, compassionate, and determined presence to her Director Stylist role at InStyle Hair. Anita’s favourite thing about working at InStyle is the incredible team she gets to work with every day. Her must have product? Hairspray! Always on hand to finish the perfect style. Her biggest hairdressing no go? Sleeping with wet hair. Outside the salon, Anita loves spending time in the kitchen, cooking up something delicious.

Bonnie brings 8 years of experience and a gentle, nurturing energy to InStyle Hair. Described as empathetic, patient, and a self-confessed chocoholic, Bonnie thrives in the fun, laughter-filled culture the team has created. As a Director Stylist, she’s all about creating beautiful hair and a warm experience for every client. Her go to product is the Ever Smooth spray. Supermarket shampoo and conditioner? Is an absolutely no under any circumstances! Outside the salon, Bonnie is happiest spending time with her two little ones and husband Riley. She also has the voice of an angel if you haven’t heard her sing already!

Danni has been in the hairdressing industry for nearly 6 years and is known for being chatty, energetic, and full of laughs. As a Senior Stylist, she loves the vibrant atmosphere of the salon, the loyal clients, and the team she works alongside. Her current product obsessions are Hydrate me Masque and Shimmer Shine. Danni would never ever skip heat protection, it’s essential! Outside work, she’s always on the move, from beach days in summer to netball games in winter.

Ash has been a Director Stylist in the hair industry for 24 years and is loved for her humour, energy, and let’s be honest her tendency to run fashionably late! Her favourite part about InStyle Hair? The camaraderie and support of the team, plus the endless inside jokes that keep things fun. Ash swears by the Restore Cleansing Treatment as her go-to product and as a hairdresser she believes it’s a sin to rush a basin shampoo, it’s the best part of the whole experience! When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her smashing the gym or with her family. 

With 17 years of experience behind the chair, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and care to her role as Senior Stylist at InStyle Hair. Known for being determined, kind, and funny, she thrives in the team-driven environment that Emily has built. Her current go-to is the Young Again range from Kevin Murphy, and when it comes to hairdressing crimes, supermarket hair products are a firm no. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her soaking up quality time with her beautiful son Connor and partner Remi, most likely out on the water with a fishing rod in hand.
